- 1 package brussels sprouts
- 1/4 C low sodium chicken broth
- 1 packet stevia (or other 0-calorie sweetener)
- Salt & pepper
1. Cut brussels sprouts in half and stir in pan for 3-4 minutes with s & p (I sprayed it with coconut oil first)
2. Add 1/4 C chicken broth to brussels sprouts and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Add stevia and a little mustard and stir together.
