Summer Salad

This summer salad recipe is such a light & refreshing side dish, perfect for summertime! Just a couple ingredients, a couple minutes to prep and you have yourself a vitamin and nutrient packed snack or side dish to enjoy!


  • 1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 C cucumber, diced
  • Yellow onion, thinly sliced (serving size is ultimately up to you, depending on your flavor preference)
  • Lemon juice
  • Cilantro
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together & serve. Garnish with fresh cilantro That’s literally it! ­čśë
