Who doesn’t love roasted pumpkin seeds?! I sure do! This heart healthy snack is packed with healthy fats and fiber to help keep you full throughout the day. The flavor and seasoning options are endless – but here’s how I make mine!
- 1 C pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried (assuming you’re using them straight from a carved pumpkin ;))
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Bake at 425 for 10-20 minutes, depending on the size of the seeds. That’s it!
