If you’ve found yourself hopping from machine to machine, not really knowing exactly what to do in the gym or you’ve been hitting the weights but not seeing the results you were hoping for, the monthly workouts is a great option for you. This membership includes a monthly workout program designed by April, exercise demo videos for each exercise as well as exercises structured to target specific muscle groups as well as a specific rep and set range to follow. Whether you’re brand new to working out, or if you have some lifting experience but need some additional structure and guidance with your workouts, this is a great option!
April is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and possesses a B.A. degree in Nutrition and Food.
Monthly Workouts Membership:
Get access to new workouts and training programs every month. Each monthly program will be emailed to you as a digital download on the first of every month and come complete with linked video exercise demos. You will also be able to access your monthly workout download on the members only "Monthly Workouts" page on healthyhunnie.com.
All memberships allow you access to a private Facebook group where everyone is doing the same program. This community is a place where you can ask questions, get form tips, share victories and successes and so much more. Everyone in the private group will be doing the same program so this is a great platform to get all of the help, support and guidance you need.
Upon purchase, you'll receive your first month's workouts as a digital download and will be billed in the subscription frequency of your choice (monthly, or every 3, 6, 12 months). Your membership subscription can be cancelled at any time. This program is suitable for all fitness levels.
This membership does not include private coaching.
Q: What type of equipment do I need to complete these workouts?
A: Access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym (i.e. adjustable bench, barbells, plates, assorted dumbbells, resistance bands, and booty bands) is required.
Q: When and how will I get my program?
A: You'll get your program immediately upon purchase. Your billing cycle will start from the date that you paid, but programs will always come out on the 1st of the month. Your program will be automatically delivered to you in a PDF via email. If you do not receive the email immediately, please check your spam/junk folders. Q: Is there a nutrition and macro program included with this?
A: There is not, but custom macro consultsare available for you to purchase as an add on feature.
Q: How many days of workouts are included in the program?
A: There are 4 workout days each week and these workouts are repeated for the duration of the month in a progressive overload format.
Q: When are new programs released?
A: New programs are released on the 1st of each month.
Q: What if I don't know how to do an exercise?
A: Each exercise will include a link to a demo video.
