If you’re new to weight lifting, could use some guidance in the gym from a trained professional, or just someone who needs accountability and a bit more structure with workouts that are geared towards your specific goals, my custom training program is a exactly what you need. My training programs are focused on strength training, with limited cardio. Whether you have access to a full gym, or limited equipment at home, I design an effective & customized training program based off your equipment availability, schedule and fitness/health goals.
Custom Training Program:
This monthly custom training program is available for those who would like to have a customized training program that is tailored to fit your specific goals. Your fitness background, access to equipment, and additional information is taken into account when creating your training program. This program is a 1-on-1 personal training program, with bi-weekly check-ins and unlimited email support from April. This program is subscription based and is billed monthly on the same date as your initial payment.
April is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and possesses a B.A. degree in Nutrition and Food.
Q: How will I give April my information?
A: After payment is received, you’ll receive a link to a detailed questionnaire to fill out.
Q: When do I get my training program?
A: Please allow 5-7 business days after I receive your completed questionnaire to receive your custom training plan.
Q: How will April communicate with me?
A: Your custom training program will be be available through my app. Instructions on how to download the app will be emailed to you. Formal check ins will made bi-weekly via email. Please email your response back to me by Monday, so we can touch bases and make adjustments to your plan if/when needed. However, you are free to email me at any point with questions, feedback, etc.
Q: How often will I be billed?
A: You will be billed monthly on the same day as your initial payment. If you sign up and subscribe on the 14th of the month, you will be automatically billed the 14th of each month, until you cancel your subscription.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel and manage your subscription on the “Subscriptions” section of the “My Account” page at healthyhunnie.com.
Q: When can I cancel my subscription?
A: You can cancel your subscription at anytime prior to your next payment draft date.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds will only be given for programs that I have not begun work on.
*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a link to a google doc questionnaire that must be filled out in order for me to create your training program. Your program cannot be sent until the questionnaire is completed and submitted. Your program will be sent out 5-7 business days following the completion of payment and the questionnaire. If you don't receive the email containing the questionairre, you can also access it in the Downloads section of your "My Account" page.
