12 Weeks to Sustainable Fat Loss for Women
You’re obviously interested in finding a program to help you shed those stubborn 15-25 pounds of body fat, once and for all…and this is your first step to doing so. You’ve probably tried every diet under the sun – Keto, Intermittent Fasting, low-carb, Paleo, etc. You may have even found some success at losing the weight with one of these diets…only to find yourself back at square one a year later, trying to find the next best thing that will ”finally work this time.” In my humble opinion, most diets will fail in the long run. Odds are you may be successful at losing weight, but how long did you keep that weight off? You might even find that it’s becoming harder and harder to lose that weight because every time you diet, you gain it all back and then some. Sound familiar?
Maybe you’ve found yourself finally getting back into the gym and consistently working out. You do an hour or so of cardio, then head down to the equipment and do a couple exercises. You do another hour of weight training, hop from machine to machine, and before you know it – you’ve spent two hours at the gym. The problem is, you’ve been doing this for weeks, maybe even months and the most frustrating part, is that you’re still not seeing any results. The scale hasn’t budged, your clothes don’t fit any better, you’re “eating healthy and eating clean”….you’re putting in the work at the gym – yet you’re not losing weight. Is this ringing a bell?
I LOVE all things food and fitness. Outside of my family, my husband and our two fur babies, it’s my #1 passion in life. But why the heck should you listen to me.
Well, you don’t have to, of course, but as someone who has been 20 pounds heavier, and as someone who also once thought they were “doing everything right”, I can honestly say I know where you’re coming from, and I understand your frustrations. I’ve been that girl running 3-4 miles a day, doing another 45 minutes with my 2 pound dumbbells, eating a 1500 calorie diet, staring at myself in the mirror thinking, “Why am I not seeing the results I want?” I was also the girl who refused to go to social events where there was pizza being served, who never wanted to eat “anything bad” because I was terrified it would ruin my progress. I was absolutely miserable ALL THE TIME. Let me tell you first hand, deprivation and restriction are not the answer to a healthy, balanced, social-filled lifestyle.
I received my Bachelors Degree in Food and Nutrition in 2014. To say I’m well educated on all things nutrition and food is valid; yet why was I so terrified to EAT? I beat myself up anytime I went over my 1,500 calorie diet, I was lethargic all the time and I was a huge downer to be around. It wasn’t until I educated myself on the benefits of flexible dieting that things started to turn around for me. Not just physically either – having freedom from food, forming a better relationship with food and feeling so confident and strong in the gym has positively affected my life in ways I never thought it would. It’s helped me not only transform my body, but my mind as well. During this time, I started *actually* lifting weights – not just with my 2 pound pink dumbbells either. In 2018, I got certified as a personal trainer through NASM and took my own experiences, knowledge and expertise into creating this 12 week fat loss program that is designed for YOU to learn how to master sustainable fat loss without doing crazy amounts of cardio, without giving up carbs and by teaching you the benefits of having a flexible diet. You can eat the foods you love, and still lose weight!
So why did I create this program?
For several reasons, actually. I work full time as a CPT training my clients completely one on one. As proud as I am for having a fully booked schedule, it’s been difficult for me to continue to help women in their fitness journeys – there are so many hours in the day! I’ve also recognized that hiring a personal trainer for 1:1 training can be a bit costly, and is often the reason why someone may have to reduce the number of sessions they train with me, or quit altogether. This may leave them still feeling unsure of what to do at the gym on their own… still unsure of exactly what and how they should be eating…. and they end up feeling a lot less supported and accountable without that guidance.
The other problem is information overload. We have unlimited access to every piece of information we could ever want about something. Yet, too much of a good thing is not always a good thing. One quick google search on how to lose weight will give you thousands of blogs, social media posts, fat loss products, skinny teas and detoxes that somehow all guarantee you fast results. But the majority of these diets lack a few of the most important pieces to sustainable fat loss: accountability and support, flexibility with your nutrition and an effective exercise program.
My approach is simple really, yet highly effective. My main goals are to teach you how to implement some of your favorite foods, without fear or guilt associated with them. I want to teach you how to get comfortable in the weight room, to really challenge your body physically and not be fearful of “getting bulky” – I promise, it doesn’t work that way 🙂 I want to teach you how you can enjoy your life, enjoy vacations, enjoy social events without feeling like you have to deprive and restrict yourself of the foods around you. I want to give you your power and control back over food and teach you not only how to lose the weight, but to keep it off long term.
But will this really work for me?
Well that’ll depend on YOU. However, I will be coaching you the exact same way, using the exact same method I’ve used myself, and how I’ve helped my clients completely transform their bodies as well.
I’ve been able to successfully lose 25 pounds and have kept that weight off for over a year a half. I’m extremely proud to say I was able to achieve that without giving up the foods I love (hello chips & salsa!) and without doing hours of cardio! It’s with that experience and knowledge that I’ve created the “Forever Fit Formula”.
Now don’t get me wrong, I won’t sit here and tell you this will be a walk in the park and you won’t have to work at this. Like anything you’re new at, it will take patience and practice adopting this new lifestyle change. But that’s what this is – a lifestyle change. Yes, this is a 12 week program; however, I am giving you the tools you need to successfully lose weight and maintain that weight loss for the rest of your life. You may feel anxious, scared, overwhelmed, you may even have doubts within yourself that you can actually do this. But with my support, guidance, knowledge, expertise and extra accountability, I know you can do this and be successful at it, too.

So who is this for?
– Women who want to lose 15-25 lbs of body fat
– Women who have been stuck on the yo-yo diet train, who have found themselves continuously trying to lose weight, only to then regain it back
– Women who are new to lifting weights and/or working out, that want to build confidence and strength in the gym
– Women who know they deserve a less restrictive, cookie-cutter approach and want to learn how to lose weight and keep it off, without giving up the foods they love
Who is this NOT for?
– Women who want an easy, quick fix
– Women who are unsure if they are ready to commit to the next 12 weeks
– Women who cannot commit to at least 4 workouts per week and/or are unwilling to track their food
What’s the investment?
For 12 weeks of training and a custom nutrition program, the Forever Fit Formula coaching program is $500/month (for 3 months), or $1,200 if you’d like to pay in full (PIF) and save $300.
What does investing in your health mean to you?
Think about the hundreds of dollars you may have spent on a personal trainer. At an average hourly rate of $60/session, going 3x/week, your average monthly bill for a personal training would cost you $720/month – not including any dietary guidance or support. Maybe consider the hundreds of dollars you’ve spent on weight loss supplements or meal replacements that may have worked at first, but then led you back to square one. So what does investing in your health mean to you? That answer will vary person to person. It could mean spending less money on medications, spending less money on unnecessary supplements/fat loss products, or spending less money on future diets that will likely fail you. It could mean gaining some quality of life back, fitting back into a pair of jeans you’ve kept around for the last 5 years, and having more energy and strength every day. It could mean changing your entire relationship with food, and giving you control back over your health.
Is there a guarantee?
When I hired my first business coach, I asked the same exact question.
After a moment of silence, he laughed and replied, “Umm no. There’s no guarantee because I’m guaranteeing my time, and I’m not sure what you will do with yours.”
So, no – there’s no guarantee. Success in this program will ultimately be your responsibility. You get out what you put in 🙂
