Blueberry Acai Bowl

Yes – it’s a smoothie in a bowl! But it tastes so much better! Hehe

In a blender, mix:

1 C unsweetened almond milk

1/2 frozen banana

1/4 C frozen blueberries

6 oz. plain, NF greek yogurt

Optional: Stevia to sweeten (frozen berries tend to not have as much flavor as fresh, in my opinion)

Pour into bowl and top with whatever fruit or fibrous cereal you’d like! I used bananas, raspberries, toasted berry crumble Kashi cereal and a sprinkle of Chia seeds for my healthy fats and [more] fiber!
