I am an Elk Grove based Fitness and Nutrition Professional, a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Owner of Healthy Hunnie Fitness. I train my personal training clients at Self Made Training Facility, the #1 personal training center in Elk Grove.

Nutrition Coaching

All of my fitness programs include a customized nutrition plan tailored to you and your fitness goals. I will show you how to achieve your dream body and teach you the skills you need to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle by making small sustainable changes to the way you eat.

Personal Training
