I am an Elk Grove based Fitness and Nutrition Professional, a NASM certified Personal Trainer and Owner of Healthy Hunnie Fitness. I received my B.A. degree in Nutrition and Food from California State University, Sacramento. I train my personal training clients at Self Made Training Facility, the #1 personal training center in Elk Grove. I also offer one-on-one online fitness and nutrition coaching.
